Sales and Payments

All sales and payments made through our website, app, or your user account are final and not eligible for refunds. By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that we, at Doctor Approved Meds, reserve the right, but are not obligated, to offer credits or refunds under the following circumstances:

Eligibility for Prescription: We do not generally offer refunds once a medical consultation is booked. However, if a patient is deemed ineligible to receive a prescription for our products, we may offer a refund as a courtesy, except for programs requiring testing, such as weight loss.
Changes in Prescription: If you decide to change the dosage or quantity after consulting with our medical team, adjustments to the product and price will be made accordingly.
Non-Refundable Medications: Medications are non-refundable once they have been dispensed and shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Subscription Plans

To access and use our subscription-only features, you must subscribe to Doctor Approved Meds for one of the following terms:

Monthly Subscription: Prepaid for one month with automatic monthly renewal.
Three-Month Subscription: Prepaid for three months with automatic monthly renewal.

You agree that, except for any discount periods, a recurring subscription fee will be charged to your credit or debit card on file.

This payment is processed through a secure, third-party vendor, and you will receive a receipt in your user account.

Cancellations and Automatic Renewal

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at ([email protected]), provided the medication has not been dispensed. If you do not cancel before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis. Should you cancel mid-period, your access will continue until the end of that subscription period.
Cancellation Fees: Any cancellation made before the billing period will incur charges at the list price, not the discounted monthly rate. Please contact our customer support at [email protected] for assistance on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription Fee Amounts

The subscription fees are determined at Doctor Approved Meds' discretion. By accepting these terms, you understand that we may increase subscription rates at any time.

Promotional Discounts

Doctor Approved Meds may offer discounted subscription fees at its discretion. During such promotional periods, you may not be charged a subscription fee. However, after the discount period ends, standard subscription fees apply unless you cancel your subscription.

Security and Compliance

We take your security and privacy seriously. Our payment systems are PCI-compliant, ensuring your financial information is handled with the utmost security. Additionally, we adhere to HIPAA regulations, safeguarding your personal health information with the highest standards of confidentiality and protection.

All user accounts and related transactions are final and not eligible for refunds.
